1. Candidate Coordination:
- Excellent into End to End Recruitment.
- Excellent in sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Referencing, Head Hunting, Social Media, etc.
- Good at Relationship Building with Employees.
- Ensure strong follow-ups with the candidate post the offer till joining.
- Good Computer knowledge i.e. MS Office, Outlook, Linked-in, Indeed etc.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target-oriented.
