Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, writing and posting job descriptions, utilizing various channels to attract talent, and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruiter will be tasked with maintaining candidate databases, conducting background checks, and staying updated on recruitment and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage hiring for restaurant (stewards, captains, chefs, helpers) and office roles.
• Maintain and continuously refresh a 200+ active candidate database.
• Coordinate daily with staffing agencies for pipeline generation.
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines (TAT).
• Maintain candidate data: availability, salary, location, status.
• Track and improve interview-to-joining conversion.
