The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment across assigned functions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and references
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth process
Understand job requirements and align with stakeholders
Maintain candidate pipeline and regular follow-ups
Ensure good candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track hiring status and maintain MIS reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Should be working currently in Med-Tech/Pharma/Manufacturing/Any consultancy
Experience of recruitment- 2-5 years
Working Days - 6 days (Mon-Sat)
Work Time - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm(Flexible)
