Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Chennai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders. The role also includes utilizing various recruitment channels, maintaining candidate databases, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Skills in screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Ability to build and maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
