Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Recruiter position. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s workforce needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for developing effective talent acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with employment laws, recruitment best practices, and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Prior experience in recruitment for the luxury goods or manufacturing industry is a plus
