full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruiter, based in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end hiring for game art and production roles, including environment artists, prop artists, character artists, animators, and technical artists.
You will
work closely with the Studio Head and art leads to align hiring with active production requirements, ensuring both speed and quality in closures. A key part of your role will involve evaluating candidate portfolios and identifying talent that meets AAA production standards.
