Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US-based IT requirements using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), ATO databases, and referrals
Understand job requirements deeply and submit well-matched profiles with minimal turn around time
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently — no hand-holding
Act as the client's single point of contact for requirement intake, submission updates, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
Maintain clear communication with clients on pipeline status and candidate feedback Work on Corp-to-Corp, W2, and 1099 hiring models
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on US IT staffing experience (not RPO or volume hiring)
Proven ability to work independently without team dependency
Strong understanding of US work authorizations — H1B, GC, USC, EAD, TN, CPT/OPT
Comfortable with US shift timings (EST/CST preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication for direct client interaction
Experience across any of: IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Semiconductor, Data/Cloud, or Networking roles
Key Deliverables
Requirement Turnaround Time — First qualified submissions delivered to the client within 24–48 hours of requirement receipt, consistently.
Submission-to-Interview Ratio — Maintain a minimum 50% conversion from submitted profiles to client interviews, reflecting quality over volume.
Client Communication SLA — All client queries, feedback requests, and status updates responded to within the same business day, without escalation.
Monthly Closures — Minimum 1–2 confirmed placements per month as a solo contributor, scaling with tenure and account depth.
Pipeline Hygiene — Active tracker maintained at all times with real-time status on every open requirement — no stale submissions, no ghost candidates, no dropped follow-ups.
