L&T Technology Services Hiring: HR Recruiters
Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to end recruitment Tech roles.
- Proven experience into recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Collaborate with Hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Source candidates using job portals Naukri, social media, referrals and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial screening, and schedule further interviews.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers and reports.
- Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations, and pre-boarding processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms.
