Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions across various departments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. The Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process, and assist with onboarding activities to provide a positive candidate and new joiner experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple open roles.
- Experience building relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners, and collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, along with basic MS Office skills for reporting and documentation.
- Knowledge of fair hiring practices, employment regulations, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in NBFCs, banking, or financial services recruitment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience will also be considered.
