Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Surat. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and helping scale our teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to source qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent rounds with hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Applicant Tracking: Efficiently manage and update candidate profiles using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and refine candidate profiles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional Employee Relations and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with leveraging Social Media and professional networks for talent branding and marketing.
