Role Description
This full-time, on-site Recruiter role is based in Patna. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying talent needs, sourcing and screening candidates, managing the hiring process, and building effective recruitment strategies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an applicant tracking system, coordinating interviews, and fostering strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and applicant evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for developing candidate and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to manage applicant tracking systems, organize interviews, and handle candidate pipelines effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Previous experience in recruiting and a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of the education, technology, or allied industries is a plus.
