Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven US IT Recruiter (Fresher or up to 1 year of experience) to join our team in Vadodara. The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates for US-based clients across various IT domains. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in US staffing and gain exposure to international recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates
- Screen resumes based on client job requirements
- Conduct initial HR/technical screening calls with candidates in the US
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate expectations
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update internal ATS
- Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with candidates
- Understand US tax terms, visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and compliance basics
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings)
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills:- 1 year of experience in US IT staffing
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of US visa categories and tax terms
- Exposure to working with direct clients or implementation partners
