📍 Location: Jaipur (Relocation welcome across Rajasthan)👥 Open Positions: Recruiter Manager | Recruiter Executive | Internship (Fresher – Technical HR Recruitment)⏳ Experience:
- Recruiter Manager – Domestic Hiring: 1–5 years
- Recruiter Manager – UAE Hiring: 2–5 years
- Recruiter Manager – USA/UK Hiring: 2–5 years
- Recruiter Executive: 1–3 years
- Internship (Fresher): Technical background with interest in HR recruitment
🌍 Exposure: India, USA, UK, UAE hiring experience preferred⚡
Availability: Immediate joiners or within 10–15 days
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Manage client mandates across domestic and international markets
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned with client requirements
- Collaborate with delivery managers and account managers for smooth hiring operations
- For interns: assist recruiters in sourcing, screening, and learning recruitment workflows
