Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will identify and engage top talent for IT and Non IT-focused roles, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will also use data-driven methods to refine recruitment strategies and contribute to building high-performing teams for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent sourcing techniques, including resume review, candidate outreach, and using job boards or social media platforms effectively.
- Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Strong understanding of IT and Non IT roles, with knowledge in domains such as Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate with hiring managers and support a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to create and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
- Analytical mindset with capabilities to refine hiring strategies using recruitment metrics and data insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in IT and Non IT recruitment or staffing environments is a must.
