Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing to Joining)
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates for interview and joining
- Maintain candidate database and pipeline
- Negotiate salary and handle offer process
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Share daily / weekly recruitment status reports
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Ability to handle multiple positions
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / reporting
Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years in recruitment / talent acquisition
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
