Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience to manage full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate is a people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and brings a strong network within the tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, product, and business roles across levels
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and hackathon communities
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling JDs
Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, motivation, and compensation expectations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Facilitate structured interview processes and provide evaluation frameworks to interviewers
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent Hack2skill at career fairs, hackathons, and campus recruitment drives
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms
Data & Reporting
- Track and report key recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Provide weekly hiring dashboards to HR leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a tech startup or product company
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for engineering, data, product, and growth roles
- Strong proficiency with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, or similar)
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and multi-channel sourcing techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-growth environment
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring in the edtech, developer community, or SaaS space
- Familiarity with hackathon platforms or tech communities like Hack2skill
- Exposure to HRBP functions and employee engagement programs
- Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
