We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for client mandates across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management abilities, and the capability to manage multiple client requirements within defined timelines. This role requires a consultative approach to hiring and a strong understanding of client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for client hiring mandates.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring expectations.
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and database search.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future mandates.
- Ensure timely closures while meeting quality and TAT expectations.
- Share candidate feedback and status updates with internal stakeholders/clients.
- Negotiate compensation with candidates as per client budgets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports on hiring progress.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide recruitment support as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in client hiring / consultancy recruitment
- Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work on multiple mandates simultaneously
- Strong screening and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of hiring metrics and turnaround time
- Proficiency in ATS or recruitment tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment consultancy / RPO / client hiring
- Exposure to hiring across IT / Non-IT / Sales / Bulk hiring is preferred
