Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the organization. This role is target-based, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, and networking) to identify potential candidates.
- Screening Resumes: Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conducting Interviews: Assist in conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Database Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets set by the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with ATS is desirable.
