About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven Recruitment Specialist with 1–5 years of experience in consultancy hiring. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, especially through LinkedIn, along with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
- Source candidates primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter, along with other job portals
- Conduct screening calls and shortlist relevant candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up for closures
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within deadlines
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing / LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory)
- Strong headhunting and sourcing skills
- Experience with multiple platforms (Naukri, job portals, references, etc.)
- Excellent communication and candidate handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
