Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters
Allocate requirements and track team performance
Train recruiters on technologies and sourcing strategies
. Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline
- Design sourcing strategies using:
- Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Boolean search
- Referrals & networking
. Metrics, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs such as:
- Time to hire
- Offer-to-join ratio
- Submission-to-selection ratio
- Generate reports and improve hiring efficiency
Ensure smooth interview coordination
Handle salary negotiation and offer closure
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
