Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Recruiter position. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and building strong candidate pipelines. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, creating job descriptions, and maintaining accurate records of hiring activities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Proficiency in talent acquisition and developing candidate pipelines
- Strong skills in communication, relationship management, and negotiation
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR consultancy is advantageous
