🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions across departments, with a strong focus on meeting hiring targets and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
2. Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with candidates
3. Screening & Interview Coordination
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure smooth interview process and timely feedback
4. Offer & Closure
- Manage offer rollouts and salary negotiations
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding
- Reduce offer dropouts and improve joining ratio
5. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate candidate data in CRM/ATS
- Track recruitment metrics (closures, pipeline, conversion ratios)
- Share daily/weekly hiring reports with management
🔹 Key Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
- Experience in hiring for sales roles is an added advantage
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
