About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including its technical roles and development lifecycle. As a Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring highly skilled professionals within the semiconductor and hardware technology sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in fulfilling niche hiring requirements for our clients, supporting their growth and innovation initiatives. This role offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with a focus on semiconductor or related fields. A strong understanding of industry terminology, engineering roles, and the semiconductor development process is essential. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in sourcing niche technical talent and possess excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills. Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and other candidate databases is required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As a Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and recruiting top semiconductor professionals across various technical domains. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for roles such as Semiconductor Design Engineers, ASIC Engineers, VLSI Engineers, FPGA Engineers, Verification Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Validation/Test Engineers, and Process Engineers. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements is vital to delivering suitable talent. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events, you will actively identify and engage potential candidates. Maintaining accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems and developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates are key components of this role.
