Proven expertise in client-side hiring setups, resource management, and capacity planning is essential. Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for tracking and reporting purposes is required. Strong data analysis and reporting skills are necessary to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are crucial to succeed in this role. The ability to operate independently within a remote, fast-moving, and evolving environment is also vital. Experience working across multiple global time zones and with cross-cultural teams will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Internal Delivery and Talent Fulfillment teams for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process for multiple client requirements simultaneously, typically handling three to four requisitions at a time.
- Activate external sourcing channels, including partnerships and talent acquisition teams, whenever internal candidate supply falls short.
- Oversee resource planning and capacity management to ensure timely ramp-up and fulfillment of customer-side roles.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery Leads to understand project requirements, talent expectations, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain data accuracy and visibility across recruitment systems, generating reports on hiring pipelines, progress, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and report key fulfillment metrics such as fill rates, turnaround times, and candidate quality to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with sourcing and recruiting teams to enhance process efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve overall hiring velocity.
- Deliver a proactive stakeholder experience through regular updates, expectation management, and alignment on hiring timelines and deliverables.
