About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Matcher (recruiter) to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles on the customer side at Turing. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, planning talent acquisition strategies, managing capacity, and optimizing internal supply chains. You will activate external sourcing channels as needed to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-focused hiring, be highly organized, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of experience in talent operations, recruitment delivery, or resource planning within IT services, outsourcing, or global staffing environments. Proven experience managing client-side hiring setups and resource capacity is essential. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Google tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Drive for tracking and reporting purposes is preferred. Strong data analysis skills to interpret hiring metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making are required. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to operate independently in remote, dynamic, and evolving environments, and have experience working across multiple time zones and diverse teams globally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Internal Delivery and Talent Fulfillment teams for assigned projects, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process for multiple client requirements simultaneously, typically handling 3–4 requisitions at a time.
- Activate external sourcing channels, including partnerships or talent acquisition teams, to supplement internal supply when necessary.
- Oversee resource planning and capacity management, ensuring timely ramp-up and onboarding for customer-side roles.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery Leads to understand project requirements, talent expectations, and role specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across various systems, including reports on hiring pipelines, fulfillment progress, and key performance metrics.
- Track and analyze fulfillment metrics such as fill rates, time-to-hire, and candidate quality to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Partner with recruiting and sourcing teams to enhance process efficiency, improve hiring velocity, and ensure quality candidate delivery.
- Deliver exceptional stakeholder experience through proactive communication, expectation management, and timely updates on recruitment progress.
