About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Recruiter with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our dynamic recruitment team. Qualifications

Proven experience in US recruitment, specifically within the engineering or architecture domains, is highly preferred. Candidates should have an in-depth understanding of various civil engineering and architectural roles, skills, and industry terminologies to effectively communicate with candidates and clients. Strong sourcing skills utilizing platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels are essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required to build rapport with candidates and clients alike. The ability to work night shifts that align with US business hours is mandatory. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the US Recruiter include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates specifically for civil engineering and architecture roles within the US market. The recruiter will coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
