About The Role
We are currently hiring for the position of
SAP SF RCM + SmartRecruiter. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to work with enterprise clients, transforming their recruitment and hiring processes through cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, integration, and testing of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management and SmartRecruiters modules, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency.
- Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Trivandrum
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Experience: 4+ years
- Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Recruitment Management and SmartRecruiters. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment modules and SmartRecruiters is mandatory. Candidates should have a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience working on SAP SF implementations, preferably in a consulting environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and troubleshooting skills are essential to succeed in this role. Prior experience leading cross-functional projects and working directly with enterprise clients will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Leading the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management and SmartRecruiters modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Conducting detailed fit analysis, configuration, and customization of SAP SF modules to meet client-specific needs.
- Managing integration points between SAP SF modules and other HR systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless workflows.
- Performing end-to-end testing of configurations, including system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation validation.
- Providing expert guidance during rollout, including user training, documentation, and support to ensure successful adoption.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Offering post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimize HR processes.
