About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Recruiter with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our dynamic recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based clients, ensuring the timely placement of qualified candidates. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from India while aligning with US business hours, specifically during the night shift. The role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in US recruitment, particularly for engineering or architecture roles, is essential. Candidates should possess an in-depth understanding of civil engineering and architectural job roles, skills, and industry terminologies. Strong sourcing capabilities using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels are required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are vital for building relationships with clients and candidates alike. The ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate high levels of organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation to succeed in this role.
