About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role primarily focuses on US staffing recruitment, specifically within the engineering and aerospace sectors. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for technical roles. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to the growth of our staffing division. The role requires working in US shifts, ensuring alignment with our clients’ requirements in North America.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in staffing and recruitment, preferably within the engineering or aerospace industries.
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Ability to conduct initial screening interviews effectively.
- Knowledge of US staffing practices and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Must be comfortable working in US shift hours from Noida location.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates for US staffing roles in engineering and aerospace sectors.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client’s organization.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates by providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand detailed job requirements and deliver suitable candidates promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics for ongoing process improvement.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the aerospace and engineering sectors to advise clients effectively.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company standards, maintaining confidentiality and ethical practices at all times.
