Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment metrics
