Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with department heads, posting and managing job advertisements, and onboarding new hires effectively. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases and building a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing candidates
- Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple recruitment pipelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
- Managing induction of new joinees
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in recruitment within the FMCG sector is an advantage
