Role Overview
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment assignments across multiple sectors including IT, Manufacturing, NBFC, Real Estate, and Media & Entertainment.
The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously while achieving hiring and closure targets.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced consultancy setup with strong growth and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
- Understand client hiring requirements, job specifications, and candidate fitment.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
- Manage multiple mandates simultaneously across industries and functions.
Experience in sourcing/recruitment across any of the following industries is preferred:

Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure process adherence and documentation accuracy.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Consultancy recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience sourcing for multiple industries/functions preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open mandates simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–6 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior consultancy hiring experience preferred.
- Exposure to IT, Manufacturing, NBFC, Real Estate, or Media hiring is highly preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset and closure orientation.
- Comfortable working from office in a fast-paced setup.
