Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter position located in Nagpur. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job openings. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and maintaining an updated database of potential candidates. The Recruiter will also handle job postings, conduct interviews, and provide reports on hiring progress while maintaining a consistent pipeline of skilled candidates to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and clients
• Knowledge of HR practices, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment operations
• Experience in data management and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to assess and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple priorities
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment for technical and non-technical roles is an advantage
