Role Overview
Edit Lobby is hiring a Talent Hunter to identify and attract top Video Editors from across Asia.
This is not a conventional HR position. This role is focused purely on discovering high-potential and high-performing creative talent — especially editors who stand out in skill, storytelling, speed, and creative instinct.
What You’ll Do:
- Source exceptional Video Editors across Asia
- Identify specialists in: Performance marketing & ad creatives, YouTube long-form and short-form content, Reels and social media edits, Motion Graphics & After Effects specialists
- Proactively reach out via LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance, YouTube, creative communities, and other platforms
- Review portfolios and assess creative quality
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate skill + culture fit
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

- Strong creative judgment — you can tell great editing from average
- Confidence in communication and outreach
- High ownership and proactive mindset
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple roles
- Interest in creative industries and digital content
