Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Create detailed and attractive Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Post job openings on job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews.
- Close positions within the given deadline and hiring budget.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Ensure quality hiring under pressure and tight timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Strong experience working on Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to hire quality candidates within the defined budget.
- Good understanding of sourcing strategies and screening techniques.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
