Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs. Key responsibilities include creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening applications, implementing talent acquisition strategies, scheduling interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company’s hiring process.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Expertise in talent acquisition tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR management software
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of the railway or infrastructure industry is a plus
- Proficiency in market research and developing innovative recruitment strategies
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple hiring tasks under tight deadlines
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in recruitment for technical positions or within specialized industries is advantageous
