Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruiter located in Surat. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet the company's talent acquisition needs. Key responsibilities include developing job descriptions, managing job postings on various platforms, maintaining a database of qualified candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The role also involves ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaborating with the HR team for onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting strategies, including job postings, candidate outreach, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
- Understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools for streamlined hiring processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members and candidates.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple hiring priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of the IT and software development industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
