Doublene Technology LLC is hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter to market US IT consultants’ resumes to clients and vendors. This role is perfect for freshers and experienced candidates who have basic IT knowledge, good communication skills, and are comfortable working in US shifts 🌙.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Search and apply for relevant job requirements on job portals
✔️ Submit consultant profiles as per client requirements
✔️ Follow up with vendors/clients for feedback 📞✉️
✔️ Understand basic IT technologies to match candidates with roles
✔️ Track submissions, interviews, and placements 📊
✔️ Coordinate interview schedules with candidates
✔️ Maintain daily activity reports and trackers
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications✅ Mandatory
🔹 Ability to speak, read, and understand common English
🔹 Basic knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Data, etc.)
🔹 Willingness to work US shifts (Night Shift)
🔹 Good communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Job Portals)
🌟 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
➕ Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn
➕ Basic understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, CPT)
➕ Ability to handle multiple consultant profiles
