Job Title: Blue-Collar Recruiter/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles
- Source candidates through job portals, local networks, field visits, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening and interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Manage bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics
- Ensure timely closures of open positions
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of blue-collar candidates
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of blue-collar hiring processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment
- Familiarity with local hiring channels and vendors
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
