Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in West Delhi. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Additionally, you will maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews for diverse roles
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging candidates
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
- Understanding of labor laws, hiring best practices, and diversity and inclusion practices
- Previous recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
