Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) for APAC roles
- Partner with stakeholders across countries to understand hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
✅ Requirements
- 6 months of recruitment experience (APAC hiring preferred)
- Strong understanding of regional markets (Malaysia, Singapore, India, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
