Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher / 0–6 Months)

Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end recruitment and campus hiring drives
* Coordinate with colleges, placement cells, and candidates
* Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
* Maintain HR records and MIS
* Support payroll inputs and basic compliance documentation
* Willingness to travel for campus drives, recruitment, and plant-related HR activities
* Good communication and coordination skills
Requirements
MBA / PGDM / MSW in HR (Freshers welcome)
Up to 6 months of HR or recruitment experience
