Job Title: Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented BPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for customer support and backend roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (voice, non-voice, backend).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage bulk hiring drives and meet assigned hiring targets.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in BPO or bulk hiring recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of BPO hiring metrics.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-volume hiring.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
