Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter position based in Jaipur. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job roles, particularly within IT domains. The role includes building relationships with clients and candidates, understanding client requirements, creating job descriptions, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and maintaining an updated applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in candidate sourcing, including experience with tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment databases
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and assessing cultural fit
- Ability to develop and manage client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver customized staffing solutions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience in IT Recruitment is highly preferable
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
