We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter (Day Shift)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site
Connect2Learn is expanding its Human Resources team and is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented HR Recruiters to support our growing talent acquisition function.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build or advance their career in recruitment within a fast-growing EdTech organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per hiring requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Support onboarding processes and HR documentation
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring targets efficiently
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Freshers or early-career professionals interested in Talent Acquisition
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment
- Eager to gain hands-on recruitment exposure
