About the Role
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally good at hiring. Not average, not learning-on-the-job — but someone who can consistently find, evaluate, and close high-quality candidates in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is not a relaxed HR role. This is a high-ownership, high-pressure role where your performance directly impacts how fast the company grows.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring across roles
- Source candidates aggressively through multiple channels (job portals, referrals, field hiring, etc.)
- Conduct initial screenings and shortlist only high-quality candidates
- Coordinate and drive interviews quickly with zero delays
- Ensure positions are closed within tight timelines
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline at all times
- Improve hiring processes continuously
