Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Dwarka. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to define job roles, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also assist in improving and implementing recruitment strategies to ensure hiring success.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
- Experience in creating recruitment strategies and managing the end-to-end hiring process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Working knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations
- Relevant experience in healthcare or training sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
