Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Dwarka, Delhi, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, screening and interviewing applicants, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include managing recruitment databases, maintaining communication with candidates, and contributing to talent acquisition strategies to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills to identify top talent effectively.
- Experience in maintaining and managing recruitment databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices in recruitment processes.
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in healthcare, education, or corporate training recruitment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
