- Manage the full cycle of the Recruitment start from the sourcing till the onboarding.
- Manage to fill both full time and part time position requirements before deadline.
- Preparing the Job Descriptions for all the positions in the department.
- Manage to develop the recruitment strategies, reference and background check, and facilitation the on-boarding process for them.
- Conduct all face to face or telephonic interviews and analyse the candidate profile in accordance with the requirement to assess if they are fit for our culture or not.
- Manage to provide daily/weekly report to hiring managers on timely basis regarding the ongoing recruitment process and strategies.
- Maintain proper record for all the recruitment process for all different positions in the department for evaluation purpose.
- Coordinate with the HR Admin Department for the on-boarding process for candidates.
