We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support hiring across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
- Manage non-technical bulk hiring for operational and support roles
- Source and hire IT profiles such as developers, support engineers, and technical specialists
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to find suitable candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment database
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and manage interview feedback
- Assist with offer rollout and onboarding coordination
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in IT hiring and non-technical bulk hiring
- Good understanding of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
